People outside! Playing basketball! A man on a bike! Enjoying it! Less scarves! No polar fleece in sight! Grass! Melting things! No laughing at people who only wear sweatshirts out! Windows open on the bus! Music! Hipsters prowling! Walking! People walking!

And while I skipped all fumbly with my groceries and my dry cleaning and my headphones (that never make me look hot like other girls with clunky headphones), I passed a house with its Christmas decorations still intact.

I had eggs in my grocery bags. It would have been the right thing to do.
