I will know for the future that this site is not the one to go to when I'm trying to look like I'm working hard. I seem to finish all my long-term ongoing work very quickly around here and there is a balance on a resume between "executing tasks with speed and proficiency" and "she was so goddamn annoying, and such a keener, and oh thank god she's gone." So when someone asks why I'm laughing so much, the best answer I can come up with is, "it's just that I find magazine circulation and distribution so exciting!!!!!" (Note consummate exclamation marks.)

And it wouldn't really be lying either.
